AtCountryside Veterinary Center, one morning might start with a wellnessexam and end with a TPLO, a walk-in urgent care, and a rehab patient back onthe underwater treadmill. Just 20 minutes from downtown Chicago, we’re ageneral practice with the caseload, tools, and team to work up cases most GPssend elsewhere, then hand off to a certified rehab doctor down the hall to seethem all the way through recovery.


The Opportunity:

•   A deep, variedcaseload spanning general practice, urgent care, and daytime emergencies

•   Full medicalautonomy, with the freedom to work up complex cases in-house rather than referthem out

•   Flexiblescheduling, with most doctors working 34 hours per week

•   At least 3-5years of experience as a DVM in a small animal GP or urgent care setting isrequired for this role

The Resources:

•   A team of 8collaborative DVMs and two dedicated hospital managers, so doctors can stayfocused on medicine

•   Two surgicalsuites supporting orthopedic procedures, including TPLOs, fracture repairs, andFHOs

•   Full in-housediagnostics: digital and dental x-rays, ultrasound, echo, EKG, and IDEXX lab

•   A dedicatedrehabilitation service with therapy laser, hydrotherapy treadmill, acupuncture,and chiropractic care, led by a certified rehab DVM and tech
