The Role

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance of the QC area, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and driving continuous improvement across all quality control processes. This role involves managing the QC team, planning audits, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and maintaining documentation that supports food safety, labeling accuracy, and efficient kitchen operations. The QC Supervisor plays a key leadership role in maintaining product integrity and service reliability.

Must Have
