What you will do
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and related infrastructure across multiple facilities.

  • Travel approximately 50% to support maintenance, repairs, inspections, and projects across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate closely with Plant Managers and operational leaders to identify risks, prioritize repairs, and improve facility reliability.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with OSHA standards, plumbing codes, and company safety requirements.
What we are looking for
  • Active state-issued plumbing license or certification (Journeyman or Master Plumber) and a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Strong experience in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or multi-site facility environments.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repair, installation, and preventative maintenance of plumbing systems and related infrastructure.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, MEP drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Experience supporting capital construction projects and equipment installations is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing codes (IPC/UPC), gas piping requirements, and plumbing compliance standards.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% and support multiple sites across various regions as business needs require.
  • Strong communication skills, a safety-first mindset, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving; OSHA 10 certification is a plus, and candidates must be able to pass required background and drug screenings.
