Lead New Construction Plumber / Plumbing Foreman Wanted
Do you know new construction plumbing from the ground up?
Can you lay out underground plumbing, oversee rough-ins, complete top-outs, and lead a crew to success?
We're looking for a highly skilled Lead New Construction Plumber / Plumbing Foreman to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can read plans, solve problems in the field, and confidently supervise and train others.
Responsibilities:
- Layout and installation of underground plumbing systems
- Coordinate and oversee rough-in and top-out phases
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Supervise plumbing crews and ensure quality workmanship
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades
- Maintain project schedules and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in new construction plumbing
- Proven ability to layout projects from plans and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience supervising and developing crew members
- Ability to troubleshoot and make sound decisions in the field
- Valid driver's license
- Ability and willingness to travel to projects throughout the state of Florida
