Traveling Oil Rig workers typically follow rotational schedules, such as two weeks on and two weeks off, depending on the employer and project needs. Workers should be prepared for extended periods away from home and frequent transitions to different rigs, sometimes in remote or international locations. This dynamic schedule offers variety and unique travel opportunities, but requires flexibility and strong time management.
