Summary
Quality and safety-oriented machine operator. Work in an efficient manner to ensure smooth flow through shop. Willing to work overtime as needed. Keep a clean and organized shop. Willingness to learn new skills. The Machine Operator demonstrates a commitment to the PD core values of integrity, passion, possibility and the ability to work at the speed of retail.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC Router
  • Set up and operate Manual Mill
  • Set up and operate Manual lathe
  • Operate various pedestal grinders, buffers, and wire wheels
  • Perform tasks while ensuring safety requirements are met
  • Responsible for daily production and ensures that work is completed on-time and within quality standards
  • Responsible for documenting accuracy and ensuring all inspection criteria are met
  • Perform equipment maintenance as recommended
  • May be asked to work in other departments as required by the business
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment
  • Follows all safety and workplace policies
