Job description

Check It Tech LLC is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented IT Equipment Coordinator in Green Cove Springs, FL.


Pay: $18–$22 per hour

Hours: 20–30 hours per week

Work location: Hybrid — remote work with 1–2 days per week on-site in Green Cove Springs, FL


In this role, you will manage company-owned computers and accessories used by our remote development team. Most administrative and coordination tasks may be completed remotely, while equipment receiving, storage, packaging, and shipping tasks will require on-site work.


Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize company-owned laptops, monitors, and accessories

• Record serial numbers, asset tags, equipment condition, and assignments

• Prepare approved equipment shipments for employees and contractors

• Package devices securely using company-provided materials and prepaid shipping labels

• Process returned equipment during employee onboarding and offboarding

• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records

• Coordinate deliveries and carrier pickups

• Store equipment securely and follow company privacy procedures

• Communicate with team members regarding equipment status, shipping updates, and inventory needs


Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

• Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail

• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online shipping systems

• Able to lift and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds

• Shipping, inventory, warehouse, administrative, or IT equipment experience is helpful but not required

• Reliable transportation to the Green Cove Springs work location for 1–2 on-site days per week

• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid work environment


Check It Tech LLC provides all shipping accounts, prepaid labels, and packing materials. Employees will never be required to purchase equipment, use personal funds, deposit company checks, or pay shipping expenses.
