This position is responsible for providing top quality installation of all HVAC duct and equipment. You will work with a crew to do equipment change outs, new installs, duct replacements, compressor change outs,ย and splits, etc.ย ย

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Safety oriented; Always wear proper PPE and comply with all safety standards and processes
    • Must be capable of assisting with all phases of commercial work including the following:
    • set duct hangers, install metal ducts round and rectangular, Flex duct, install Grills, setting equipment etc.
    • Able to follow direction, production minded, team centered.
    • Maintain personal tools to do the task required
    • Assist in Receiving, verifying, Duct, Materials, and equipment delivered for the job.
    • Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
    • Be willing to work overtime when needed
    • Be willing to travel outside the DFW on occasion when required.

    ย Skills

    • Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to learn with eagerness to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
    • Oneย or moreย years' experience in installation of all HVAC systems and equipment.
    • Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
    • Take personal responsibility of your work and ensure quality craftsmanship
