Job description

Job Description One Tech Engineering is searching for a Construction Supervisor for a position located in Amarillo, Texas. The Construction Supervisor will support Base Capital Projects across multiple power plant sites. The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card.

The candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in power generation or heavy industry. Construction Supervisor Responsibilities: Provide daily on-site supervision during project overhauls. Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and plant personnel.

Monitor construction activities including welding, scaffolding, painting, and equipment installation. Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially during critical lifts. Compile weekly reports and track project documentation (e.g., weld x-ray reports)

Requirements of the Construction Supervisor: 5-7 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in power generation or heavy industry. Mechanical or civil background preferred; familiarity with power plant components (boilers, turbines, condensers). Experience with critical lifts and vendor oversight.

Strong communication skills Ability to travel.
