Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Oncology position requiring 1 year of med/surg oncology experience and chemotherapy administration skills.

Details
  • Work in an oncology infusion clinic setting serving both oncology and non-oncology patients
  • Administer chemotherapy, supportive medications, hydration, and blood products
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Required to work every other weekend
  • Floating required
  • Epic charting system experience required
Requirements
  • Active IL RN license required in hand
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of med/surg oncology nursing experience required
  • Experience administering chemotherapy required
  • Epic EMR experience required
Additional Information
  • Administer chemotherapy and supportive care treatments to oncology and non-oncology patients in an infusion clinic setting
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply

  • Maximum RTO of 7 days
  • Former University of Chicago Medicine or Ingalls permanent staff must have separated from employment for at least 7 months before returning as a traveler
