Job Overview: Pay Range $11hr - $16hr Requirement/Must Have: Should be a graduate of a college or university with a Bachelor's Degree; or a graduate of a college or university with an Associate's Degree; or administrative, business, research, and/or clerical experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Must have at least 2+ years of computer technology experience. Responsibilities: Must have very good communication skills. Must be task oriented and a self-starter with good organizational skills. Candidate may be called upon to be a Lead Role. Candidate must be able to travel, with overnight stays. Candidate should have customer service experience serving both internal and external customers. Candidate must be able to work well with others in a team environment, assisting them as needed. Candidate must have a high level of accountability. Candidate must be able to inspire and lead others through their enthusiasm. Must possess interpersonal skills required to work with many different clients. Must be professional, supportive, diplomatic, flexible, and responsible. Candidate must be able to learn and utilize the KY Driver's License Information System (KDLIS)/IDEMIA issuance program and be able to read and interpret a driver's history record. Candidate must become very knowledgeable of Driver Licensing laws and policies. Candidate must learn Commercial Driver Licensing laws and licensing processes. Advise applicants on their questions and concerns related to driver licensing. Overtime may be necessary, up to 10 hours per week. Evening or Saturday hours may be required on occasion. Candidate must learn information & technology requirements for KY driver's license laws and driver's license issuance. Work closely on performance, goals, and conflict resolutions with IT staff. Candidate must provide IT and software trouble-shooting support to both Central and Regional Offices. Be responsible for assisting RMA's with obtaining system credentials for both Central and Regional employees. Candidate can make recommendations on process/system improvements to management. Candidate will be responsible for all content of the division website. Candidate must be able to assist with facial recognition database in back office, attend monthly tech meetings with REAL ID/Idemia. Distribute division correspondence to all employees. Candidate will assist the RMA with handling duties assigned by RMA. Candidate will perform any other duties as assigned.
