RCIS Cath Lab Tech / EP Tech

Location: Portland, OR

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift

Setting: Short-Term Acute Care Teaching Hospital

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RCIS Cath Lab Tech / EP Tech to join a high-volume cardiovascular team. This role requires strong procedural imaging skills and the ability to operate Fluoroscopy and C-ARM equipment during cardiac and electrophysiology procedures.

First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians during Cath Lab and Electrophysiology procedures
  • Operate Fluoroscopy and C-ARM equipment during procedures
  • Prepare procedure rooms, supplies, and imaging equipment
  • Monitor patient safety throughout procedures
  • Maintain radiation safety standards and protocols
  • Assist with sterile field setup and procedural support
  • Document procedures accurately in Epic EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and Cath Lab staff
  • Troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed
  • Maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance
RequirementsHard Stop Requirements
  • Must be able to perform Fluoroscopy
  • Must be able to operate C-ARM equipment
  • Active Radiology Technologist License required
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab, EP Tech, or Radiology experience
  • Experience supporting invasive cardiac procedures
  • Epic experience preferred
  • First-time travelers accepted
Preferred Qualifications
  • Electrophysiology (EP) experience preferred
  • RCIS certification preferred
