About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified RBT to join our team at Big Heart ABA Therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients in their homes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes

  • Implement behavioral skills training and reinforcement strategies to support client goals

  • Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to develop and implement treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions

  • Communicate with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Certified RBT with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the field (preferably as an RBT)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes

  • Availability to work 10-15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 4:30pm to 6:30pm
