Job Summary:

At Galaxy ABA Therapy, we are committed to providing high-quality, play-based ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day, working one-on-one with children to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings

  • Use play-based, child-led approaches to make therapy fun and engaging

  • Collect data on client progress and complete session documentation

  • Collaborate with supervisors, parents, and team members

  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (required); Associate's or Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)

  • Completion of 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to complete within the first six months of employment)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Physical ability to engage in active play, lift up to 40 lbs, and ensure client safety

  • Prior ABA, childcare, or behavioral health experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate
