Monitor Tech Per diem, must work possible strike (strike dates TBD)MINIMUM CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS -- Non-Negotiable. Active licensure/verification BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications and/or other as applicable. For CHMC ER, Prime will allow 60 days to obtain the EDAP I AND II / or ENPC. Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination/declination. Drug screen - allowed pending to start. Background screening - allowed pending to start, agency must confirm date initiated.
