Pay: $21.00/hour Location: Anchorage, AK

We are hiringexperienced Cooksfor a hotel Task Force assignment in Alaska.

We need culinary professionals who can step into a professional kitchen, learn the operation quickly, and get to work.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
  • Work grill, sauté, fry, prep, or other assigned stations
  • Set up and maintain your station
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Maintain proper food temperatures
  • Support banquet and hotel culinary operations as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Professional cooking experience required
  • Hotel, banquet, restaurant, or high-volume culinary experience preferred
  • Strong basic culinary and knife skills
  • Comfortable traveling for work
