Job description

Description
To provide an informative guided tour that is also entertaining, presented in a way that reflects the Center's standard of excellence, and be able to train others to do the same.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assists guests throughout the tour, answering questions whenever possible.
  • Prepares canoes for guests prior to the arrival.
  • Performs other job-related as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
  • Able to safely push a canoe carrying 30 - 35 guests down the lagoon while giving the designated lecture.
  • In good health and a voice that can endure up to four hours of speaking in any given time frame.
  • Able to speak, read and write in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A high school graduate or the equivalent.
  • Fluency in a foreign language.

To Be Determined (19 Hours Per Week)
