About the Role:
This work-as-needed, part-time position is ideal for experienced residential construction professionals who take pride in exceptional customer service. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for new home buyers, helping ensure a smooth, confident transition into their new homes.
 
As the welcoming face and voice of our company, you’ll support buyers during one of life’s most exciting milestones—moving into a new home—while helping maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to new home buyers and builders.
  • Conduct new home orientations and walkthroughs, ensuring all details are reviewed and properly documented.
  • Meet with clients on-site to explain procedures, answer questions, and document potential construction-related items.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Director of Field Operations and Strategic Accounts, providing updates on progress and performance.

Travel & Work Setting:
  • This is a remote position with field responsibilities.
  • Must reside in or near Raleigh, NC.
  • Regular local travel throughout Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas is required.
  • Flexibility and availability are essential.


Our Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for motivated individuals with experience in residential construction, carpentry, installation, home inspection, renovation, firefighting, or similar fields. Successful candidates bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer service and would have the availability of 2-3 days out of the work week (Monday-Friday) to perform this job as needed.
 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Residential construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience conducting walkthroughs and documenting construction-related items is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with homeowners, builders, and internal teams.
  • Proficient with iPad, Microsoft Office Suite, PDF Expert, and Adobe PDF.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during fieldwork.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
