Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at our travel agency. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning vacations, suggesting travel destinations, maintaining client records, and coordinating large-scale events. A passion for helping others is key to success, as your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of both domestic and international travel destinations. Strong negotiation and sales abilities are essential to thriving in this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Arrange travel plans for both business and leisure clients
  • Assess customer needs and preferences, including schedules and budgets
  • Plan and organize tour packages, excursions, and day trips
  • Provide information on travel fares and schedules
  • Calculate total travel costs
  • Book reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events
  • Inform clients about their upcoming trips, including necessary documents like passports or visas
  • Offer advice on local weather, customs, and attractions
  • Handle alternative booking arrangements in case of changes before or during the trip
