In this role, you'll be responsible for planning vacations, suggesting travel destinations, maintaining client records, and coordinating large-scale events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of both domestic and international travel destinations. Strong negotiation and sales abilities are essential to thriving in this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Arrange travel plans for both business and leisure clients
• Assess customer needs and preferences, including schedules and budgets
• Plan and organize tour packages, excursions, and day trips
• Provide information on travel fares and schedules
• Calculate total travel costs
• Book reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events
• Inform clients about their upcoming trips, including necessary documents like passports or visas
• Offer advice on local weather, customs, and attractions
• Handle alternative booking arrangements in case of changes before or during the trip

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Residency in the USA, Mexico, Australia, or the UK
• Ability to attend webinar-based training
• Access to a smartphone or computer and reliable Wi-Fi
