ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Production team. In this vital role, you'll work with legal records, subpoenas, and client documentation-ensuring every piece of data is accurate and processed efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Accurately enter legal order data and identify duplicates or missing information
  • Interpret legal terminology and transcribe orders correctly
  • Ensure orders are complete and compliant with billing protocols
  • Manage and update billing rates tied to specific clients
  • Track and respond to requests using Microsoft Outlook
  • Process legal paperwork for service via fax, mail, courier, or hand-delivery
  • Calculate waiver, due, and order dates with precision
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Provide administrative support to managers, billing, and expeditor teams

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and high typing accuracy (38+ WPM)
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Strong communication skills-written and verbal
  • Familiarity with legal terms, subpoenas, depositions, and affidavits is a plus
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Windows; MR8 experience is a bonus
  • Comfortable using standard office equipment (fax, scanner, copier)
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior data entry experience preferred, especially in legal or records-related environments
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member
