Field Content Creator

InnoVision Marketing Group

$45,000 - $60,000| Orlando, FL | Hybrid

Orlando, FL | Hybrid — Field-Based with Required Office & Travel Days

At InnoVision Marketing Group, proudly known as The Anti-Agency®, content is more than posting videos. It's about turning real moments into scroll-stopping stories that build craveability, grow audiences, and drive real engagement for the brands we manage.

We're looking for a magnetic, camera-comfortable Field Content Creator based in Orlando to become the on-the-ground storyteller for one of our food industry clients, a growing multi-location restaurant brand. This is a hands-on, high-output content role for someone who lives and breathes UGC: someone who can walk into a location, capture content that feels native to the platform, and walk out with footage that's ready to edit and built to perform.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field constantly, camera in hand, chasing the next piece of content that could take off. If you're the type of person who's always got an idea for a video, who studies what's trending before anyone asks you to, and who genuinely enjoys being in front of the camera as much as behind it, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

Content Capture

  • Travel to restaurant locations around the Orlando area to shoot UGC-style photo and video content on a regular, ongoing basis.
  • Capture food, atmosphere, staff and guest moments in a way that feels authentic to social, not staged or overly produced.
  • Shoot enough variation from each visit to support multiple content cuts and platforms.
  • All content is shot on cellphone — no DSLR or professional camera equipment required.

On-Camera & Talent

  • Appear on camera as needed and voice content, comfortably and confidently.
  • Deliver lines, reactions, and personality on the spot, on brand and on trend.
  • Take direction well and adjust performance style based on the content goal.

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Source and organize raw clips from each shoot into content ready for editing.
  • Edit short-form video in CapCut (or similar mobile editing tools), including cuts, pacing, trending audio, text overlays, and transitions.
  • Edit and format content specifically for Instagram (Reels, Stories, feed posts) and TikTok.
  • Build supporting graphics, covers, and carousel assets in Canva as needed.
  • Write on-brand captions, hooks, and calls-to-action for every post.
  • Research and apply relevant hashtags to support reach and discoverability.
  • Own content end-to-end: from mass-sourcing raw footage in the field to delivering a finished, publish-ready edit.

Trend & Strategy Focus

  • Stay on top of what's trending across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms, and translate those trends into content ideas for the brand.
  • Focus on content built to grow accounts, drive engagement, and have genuine viral potential, not just fill a posting calendar.
  • Bring fresh content ideas to the team proactively, rather than waiting to be assigned.

Travel & Coordination

  • Drive to various locations around the greater Orlando area as needed to capture content, sometimes with short notice.
  • Coordinate shoot logistics and location access with the internal team.
  • Attend occasional meetings at the client's corporate offices as part of planning and strategy check-ins.

What Makes a Great Team Member at InnoVision Marketing Group

We can teach systems. We cannot teach curiosity, creativity, ownership, or enthusiasm. The people who thrive in this role consistently demonstrate:

  • Genuine comfort and confidence on camera
  • Strong instincts for what makes content shareable
  • Creativity and curiosity
  • Reliability and follow-through, especially with field-based, self-directed work
  • Positive energy and professionalism on location
  • Strong attention to detail in both shooting and final content quality
  • Flexibility with schedule and location
  • Team-first mentality

Most importantly, they genuinely enjoy creating content, staying ahead of trends, and being part of the story they're telling.

Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience creating UGC-style or short-form social content, professionally or as a creator, strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable filming yourself and appearing on camera as a regular part of the role.
  • Working knowledge of iPhone/mobile videography and basic shooting technique (framing, lighting, audio).
  • Hands-on video editing skills, with proficiency in CapCut or a comparable mobile/short-form editing tool.
  • Experience editing and formatting content specifically for Instagram (Reels, Stories, feed) and TikTok.
  • Working knowledge of Canva for graphics, covers, and supporting assets.
  • Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and calls-to-action.
  • Experience with hashtag research and platform discoverability best practices.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content trends.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a shoot and edit schedule independently.
  • Food, restaurant, or hospitality content experience is a plus.

Work Expectations

  • Must be based in Orlando, FL and willing to drive to various locations throughout the greater Orlando area as needed to capture content.
  • Hybrid role: most days are field-based (on location shooting and editing), with periodic in-office days and required attendance at meetings held at the client's corporate offices.
  • Occasional travel to InnoVision Marketing Group's San Diego headquarters as needed.
  • Full-time availability and accessibility expected, including flexibility to capture time-sensitive or trending content outside a strict 9-to-6 schedule.
  • This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.

Why InnoVision Marketing Group

At InnoVision Marketing Group, content is fully integrated with strategy, creative, public relations, and brand development. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our internal team, see your content used across a real, growing brand, and build a portfolio of work that gets seen. If you're looking for a role where your creativity and on-camera presence directly drive results, and not just impressions, we want to hear from you.

InnoVision LLC is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed (including religious dress and grooming practices), national origin, ancestry, citizenship, physical or mental disability, medical condition (including cancer and genetic characteristics), genetic information, marital status, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, or related medical conditions), gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, veteran and/or military status, protected medical leaves (requesting or approved for leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act or the California Family Rights Act), domestic violence victim status, reproductive health decision-making, political affiliation, and/or any other status protected by state or federal law, and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
