What are some common challenges faced by trauma program directors in managing multidisciplinary teams?

Trauma Program Directors often navigate the complexities of coordinating care among surgeons, emergency physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff. Balancing differing priorities, communication styles, and schedules can be challenging, especially in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
