  • Advanced Trauma training for all providers developing you from trauma informed to trauma competent in clinical applied practice.

  • Service interventions that support healing from past traumatic events with Counselors that are skilled in trauma informed care.

ATI is currently accepting resumes for self-motivated and hard-working QMHP and QMHP Counselors who are interested in working adults, children and families to experience healing in their lives and relationships so past painful experiences do not turn into life-long problems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Skilled at providing trauma-informed counseling interventions to adults, children and families in their homes to facilitate their healing.
  • Proficient in creating trauma-informed treatment goals and completing required clinical paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in strong case management, assisting clients in connection to community resources.
  • Helping adults and children identify, develop, and strengthen natural supports.
  • Strong communication and networking skills to connect with referral sources and develop a collaborative working relationship with other professionals.
  • Assistance and clinical management for on-call crisis support.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • QMHP.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth OR adults.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Experience providing community-based services and working with families/individuals preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Local travel necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour.
