Job description

First Integrated Community Care Services is seeking full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our Team. Clinicians will provide trauma-informed, Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST), Functional Family Therapy (FFT), and other evidenced-based mental health counseling out in our office, school, and the community to children, adolescents, adults, and families who have been or are currently involved with the child welfare system.

Position Summary

This therapist will provide home-based services as part of First Integrated Community Care Services continuum of mental health services. This position delivers strengths-based trauma-informed, MST, FFT mental health services to children, families, foster families, and adoptive families. These services meet the family where they are at and provide the appropriate intensity and frequency of services. In collaboration with the rest of the FICCS treatment team, they will be responsible for providing and/or linking with specialized services for children and their families. The therapist will administer mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, implement interventions, and document services delivered.

Continuing Education

  • Paid training in Evidence-Based and Trauma-Informed Practices is provided
  • Individual and group supervision hours for independent licensure designation are provided

Minimum Qualifications

  • Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work/Counseling or related field
  • Child mental health experience preferred
  • Must have strong documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with families and treatment partners
  • Licensure as an LCSW, LPC
  • Must have a valid driverโ€™s license and be insurable
