Mental Health Professional

Minnesota Indian Women's Resource Center (MIWRC)
Location: Minneapolis, MN (In-Person)
Salary: $80,000 annually + benefits (DOQ)
Schedule: Full-Time

The Minnesota Indian Women's Resource Center (MIWRC) is seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health services to Native women, families, and community members. This position provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination while working collaboratively with the Red Lake Nation Mino-B Mental Health Clinic for clinical supervision, administrative support, and billing oversight.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree required.
  • Current Minnesota licensure as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP required.
  • Two or more years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Native American communities and trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a DHS background study required.
