Job description

Licensed Mental Health Professional / Dual Diagnosis Clinician

Join a team dedicated to helping individuals build lasting recovery through compassionate, trauma-informed care. ANEW is seeking a licensed clinician to provide services within our 245G Outpatient and Residential Dual Diagnosis programs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Diagnostic Assessments and Comprehensive Assessments

Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions

Develop treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, and required 245G documentation

Provide case management and care coordination

Lead relapse prevention and recovery-focused programming

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client success

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications

Current Minnesota licensure (LPCC, LPC, LP, LSW, LISW, LICSW, LMFT, or LAMFT)

Experience working with substance use and co-occurring disorders preferred

Knowledge of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care

Valid driver's license

CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
