This role is designed for a remote work setting, optimizing flexibility and work-life balance while allowing you to connect with clients across different locations. The support structure includes access to in-house clinical supervision, administrative assistance, and collaborative opportunities with fellow counselors. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to establish client needs and safety concerns.
• Create and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Provide therapeutic services, including crisis intervention and up to bi-weekly sessions, while maintaining consistent communication with clients.
• Collaborate with other counselors for consultation and referrals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA regulations, including timely note-taking and data management.
• Engage in team-building activities and participate in ongoing training opportunities.

The Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families, focusing on trauma-related issues. Our practice utilizes diverse therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, ensuring a comprehensive and client-centered approach to mental wellness.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• A current LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Oregon is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients per week while adhering to ethical standards.

• Experience working with trauma and PTSD populations.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to EMDR and IFS.
• Demonstrated ability to provide crisis services and assess safety concerns in a therapeutic context.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
