What You'll Do
As a Trash Puller, you'll play an important role in keeping the airport clean and operating efficiently by:
  • Collecting trash, cardboard, and recyclable materials throughout airport terminals
  • Walking continuously throughout your shift across multiple airport locations
  • Lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy trash bags and tilt trucks
  • Emptying trash containers and replacing liners
  • Transporting waste safely to designated disposal areas
  • Keeping trash rooms and disposal areas clean and organized
  • Following all airport safety and security procedures
  • Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance concerns

This Position Is Ideal For Someone Who:
  • Enjoys physical, hands-on work
  • Likes staying active instead of sitting at a desk
  • Can walk for most of an 8-hour shift
  • Can frequently lift, push, and pull up to 80 lbs
  • Is dependable, punctual, and works well with a team

This position is physically demanding and requires employees to remain active throughout the entire shift.
Applicants must be able to:
  • Frequently lift, push, and pull up to 80 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for approximately 94% of the work shift.
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day.
  • Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, squat, reach, and stretch.
  • Use hands and arms to grasp, lift, carry, push, and handle materials and equipment.
  • Safety perform all essential job duties in a fast-paced airport environment.
