Do you enjoy being on the water, working with customers, and helping deliver an outstanding boating experience from day one? Are you confident operating boats safely while representing a professional, customer-focused dealership? If so, we want to hear from you.


As a Delivery Captain, you will safely transport and demonstrate boats while helping customers become comfortable and confident with their new purchase. This role combines boat operation, customer interaction, safety compliance, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport new and pre-owned boats to customers while ensuring a smooth and professional delivery experience
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and educating customers on boat features, operation, and basic care
  • Ensure all safety protocols, boating regulations, and company procedures are followed during deliveries and demonstrations
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections and maintenance checks to confirm boats are clean, functional, and delivery-ready
  • Complete all required delivery documentation, including bills of sale, warranty paperwork, delivery checklists, and related records
  • Assist with launching, docking, fueling, and securing boats as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Boat Captain or in a similar marine role
  • Valid Captain's License required; USCG Captain's License preferred
