Que buscamos?

En DSV Contract Logistics queremos incorporar a un/a Coordinador de Proyectos Logisticos (Ferias y Eventos). Su mision principal sera gestionar y coordinar de forma integral la logistica de ferias y eventos, asegurando la correcta operativa antes, durante y despues del evento, el cumplimiento de plazos y la satisfaccion del cliente.

Entre otras tareas, las principales seran:

- Gestionar de forma integral las operaciones logisticas de ferias y eventos, desde la planificacion previa hasta el cierre del evento.

- Coordinar y supervisar la operativa, asegurando el correcto desarrollo de todos los servicios logisticos.

- Seguimiento de todos los envios y gestion operativa, asegurando el correcto desarrollo de las actividades logisticas.

- Gestion y seguimiento de los envios aereos, terrestres y/o maritimos (inbound/outbound), incluyendo gestion de aduanas.

- Actuar como punto de contacto principal durante el evento para resolver incidencias operativas y garantizar la satisfaccion del cliente.

- Entre otras funciones propias del puesto.

Que requisitos debes reunir?

Disponibilidad para viajar.
Aportar experiencia previa de 3-5 anos como Gestor de Proyectos Logisticos preferiblemente en equipos de Ferias y Eventos.
Perfil organizado, analitico y resolutivo, con habilidades de comunicacion. Orientacion a la mejora continua, capacidad para priorizar tareas y actitud proactiva.
