Job description

RESUMEN DEL PUESTO

Supervisa, coordina y da seguimiento a las operaciones diarias del terminal asignado, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los procesos de almacén, despacho y entregas. Es responsable de la supervisión directa del personal operativo y de velar por el cumplimiento de las normas, políticas y procedimientos establecidos, apoyando al Gerente de Terminal en la continuidad y eficiencia de la operación.


REQUISITOS MINIMOS

Educación: Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresas o su equivalente. 


Experiencia: De 2 a 3 años de experiencia en tareas de coordinación en área de transporte y logística.

 

Conocimientos y destrezas:

  • Conocimiento general en logística y manejo de personal. 
  • Iniciativa, liderazgo y buenas destrezas de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales. 
  • Destrezas básicas en el uso de computadoras y herramientas operacionales. 
  • Habilidad para ofrecer adiestramientos y disponibilidad para recibir capacitación en áreas relacionadas. 
  • Licencia de conducir vigente.
