Our operational team members focus on efficiently meeting the needs of our clients across various lines of business. If your passion is to ensure quality care to help our clients live their best life we encourage you to apply today!

Responsibilities
  • Provides and arranges for transportation of clients outlined in the case plan on a timely basis
  • Adheres to all deadlines for documentation. Reports incidents of abuse and neglect according to federal, state, and local standards
  • Coordinates all appointments
  • Collects logs weekly for each client
  • Coordinates schedule for drivers
  • Coordinates billing, submits billing, maintains document records for billing
  • Coordinates standing orders for any new clients
  • Breaks down dollar amounts daily fore each client
  • Reviews census of logs to ensure billing is correct, completes weekly billing amounts to the finance department
  • Monitors vehicle maintenance
  • Other duties assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma / General Educational Diploma and one year experience
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel internal and external to company
