Description:

The Routing Analyst is responsible for planning, optimizing, and managing delivery and pickup routes to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective transportation operations. This role plays a key part in supporting ReturnQueen’s reverse logistics operations by analyzing data, coordinating with drivers and operations teams, and continuously improving routing performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and optimize daily delivery and return pickup routes using routing and logistics software
  • Analyze route performance, mileage, delivery times, and costs to identify efficiencies
  • Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and operations teams to adjust routes as needed
  • Monitor real-time route execution and resolve issues such as delays, traffic, or capacity constraints
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service-level agreements
  • Maintain accurate routing data, reports, and documentation
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in routing, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
