This is not a traditional project management position.

Required Qualifications

ยท Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

ยท Texas PE license, or ability to obtain through reciprocity.

ยท Approximately 10+ years of transportation engineering experience.

ยท Experience supporting projects for TxDOT, NTTA, municipalities, airports, or other public-sector transportation clients.

ยท Experience serving as a Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Task Lead, or technical lead on transportation projects.

ยท Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

ยท Ability to lead projects, support pursuits, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

ยท Existing relationships within the Texas transportation market.

ยท Experience with TxDOT project development and/or PS&E delivery.

ยท Experience supporting NTTA projects.

ยท Experience participating in shortlisted interviews and major pursuits.

ยท Experience mentoring and developing staff.

ยท Experience helping grow a transportation practice, client base, or service line.
