Above And Beyond, Inc. is an established trucking company catering to the Airfreight Industry in the Dulles VA area. We are looking to fill a Dispatcher / Operations position. We offer competitive salary with healthcare benefits, sick leave, and paid vacation. You must be able to pass a background check. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up optimal truck routes to minimize fuel cost and maintain 100% on time efficiency.
Review all jobs to make sure drivers are prepared with information and proper equipment to be successful.
Must be able to make changes to routes on the fly as well as being able to deal with a fast-paced environment.
Knowledgeable with putting together truck routes in the greater Washington DC region (MD DC VA).
Work closely with warehouse personal as well drivers.
Keep the companies TMS system (Crown Data Systems) up to date in real time. Keep all jobs up to date with notes as needed.
Keep customers informed as needed.
Great communications skills are a must as well as being a team player.
Must be willing to work flexible hours. 
Full Time and Part Time positions available.
