Required Qualifications Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university, with major course work in civil engineering or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of two (2) years' experience in design or construction of civil engineering work. Possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Preferred Qualifications Engineer-In-Training Certificate (EIT).

Bilingual in English/Spanish.
