We are seeking a trustworthy caregiver that will care for our clients with professionalism and compassion wherever the clients call home. The caregiver will be responsible for implementing our clients’ daily care plan in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with agency policies and industry standards. 

Responsibilities 

  • Provide companionship including social interactions, emotional reassurance, and initiation of activities that stimulate the mind.
  • Perform/assist with essential shopping/errands.
  • Transporting or escorting the client to medical and other appointments as needed.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
  • Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments,  walks, etc)
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
  • Implement the care plan as instructed.
  • Complete and maintain records of daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service.


Requirements 

  • Experience with caregiving/ Home Management Skills
  • CNA or HHA Certification or other certification
  • Driver’s License or State Issued ID Card or have reliable transportation
  • Be able to work in USA - Social Security Card or Birth Certificate or Work permit
  • Able to pass Level II Background Check 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Auto Insurance
  • TB test ( PPD or Chest X-Ray) Results
  • Genuine Desire to Help Clients 
  • Professional and Friendly Attitude 
  • Willingness to Work Flexible Hours (may include night shifts)
