Job Description
The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring temporary/on-call Event Team Technicians to join our Event Team supporting hospitality and large-scale events within the Notre Dame Stadium Complex. This on-call position offers flexible scheduling and hands-on experience in a fast-paced event environment.
Event Team Technician
The Event Team plays a critical role in preparing and maintaining event hospitality spaces across the Stadium Complex. Team members execute event setups, tear-downs, and custodial services to ensure spaces meet operational and presentation standards. The team works in collaboration with University Operations & Events, Division of Student Affairs, and Athletics to support a wide range of events, including:
  • Home football games
  • Concerts and major stadium events
  • University-hosted receptions and hospitality functions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing event setups and tear-downs according to provided layouts
  • Reading and interpreting room diagrams and setup instructions
  • Providing custodial services before, during, and after events
  • Maintaining clean, safe, and guest-ready environments
  • Adapting to changing event needs and timelines
