INTERNSHIP DIGITAL MARKETING

Tutored by the Digital Marketing Senior Manager, the Digital Marketing Intern will learn how to support the development and execution of digital marketing projects, supporting the continuous update and optimization of all online materials, the successful launch of new initiatives, and the achievement of shared web marketing targets.

The selected candidate will learn the following activities:

• Support the update and management of digital marketing materials in line with agreed planning.

• Assist in website content publishing and optimization through CMS tools.

• Support the development and launch of digital assets (e.g., landing pages, banners, DEM campaigns).

• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure timely execution of digital projects.

• Contribute to special projects (e.g., website development, SEO, GEO) across all phases from setup to post-launch optimization.

• Support social media management aligned with the editorial plan and collaborate on content creation with designers.

• Assist in the execution and optimization of advertising campaigns, including copy and visual asset selection.

• Support CRM and email marketing activities, including campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying improvement actions to enhance results.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital materials in collaboration with the Communication Department.

• Prepare reports and leverage performances using dedicated tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Content Square, ABTasty, Marketing Cloud to track and optimize performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital, or related fields

Fluent in English, both written and spoken (B2/C1 level)

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Strong interest and genuine passion for Digital Marketing

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a collaborative approach and strong communication skills

Knowledge of WordPress, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Content Square or Google Analytics is a plus

Basic knowledge of Photoshop or similar tools is a plus

Conditions:

6 months full time internship.

800 gross reimbursement of expenses + ticket restaurant.

Workplace: Milan (MM2 Romolo).
