Job description

Duties: Design, develop and implement enterprise software solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Manager. Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, IT Consultant, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires seven (7) years of experience with the following: Developing and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web applications, covering both frontend and backend components. This position requires six (6) years of experience with the following: configuring Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch Dynamic Tag Management (DTM) for tracking, reporting, and integrating analytics with third-party campaign management applications; working with Adobe Target, including building A/B and multivariate tests, implementing experience targeting, integrating with AEM and customer data platforms, and setting up goals and metrics for experience evaluation. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: designing and building React-based user interfaces integrated with AEM authoring and CMS environments, including development with Adobe Granite UI framework and WYSIWYG authoring tools; creating and maintaining RESTful APIs on AEM for content delivery, search, and external integrations, as well as constructing and optimizing NoSQL queries for multi-faceted, multi-client, and multi-lingual content retrieval; configuring and optimizing indexing, taxonomy, and site hierarchy for enterprise-level, multi-client, and multi-lingual platforms; developing middleware microservices and caching layers, including Redis, for AEM applications to improve API response times; managing content export/import processes, building automated ETL workflows, and processing translation feeds using Python; implementing asset translation, localization, and personalized content delivery based on user entitlements and organizational requirements; integrating AEM with campaign management systems and configuring deployment pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager and Jenkins; and setting up and administering single sign-on (SSO), user groups, permissions, access controls, and managing AEM dispatchers, including rewrite rules, caching strategies, and subdomain management.
