Our nationally accredited team is currently seeking a mental health therapist / counselor to provide therapy services for adolescents and adults in group-based and individual treatment! This position focuses on providing group therapy for adolescent clients!

Your Role:
  • Therapeutic Excellence: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Evidence-Based Care: Provide group and individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices to address depression, anxiety, and social challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor advanced graduate interns.
  • Group Therapy: Lead our nationally accredited group therapy program 5 days a week.
  • Location: This role requires regular in-person attendance at the designated office location in accordance with an agreed-upon work schedule at the time of hire

Qualifications:
  • Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable.
  • Continuously maintain active cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification.
