Shuttle Driver – Bus Drivers
Arnold Transit Company operates the largest fleet of passenger ferries serving beautiful Mackinac Island. We are seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver available starting in April to support our seasonal service, with the possibility of year-round opportunities.

Your Contributions to the Crew
  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet customers, answer questions and anticipate their needs
  • Sell and communicate our services amp; goods to customers regarding ferry schedules, ticket pricing, parking options, promotions and other general information regarding their adventure.
  • Safely transport guests to and from our Dock locations
  • Assist guests with luggage, bikes, wheelchairs on and off shuttles or busses
  • Communicate with crew with handheld radios for pick ups
  • Recognize amp; arrange accommodations for guests with special needs or concerns
  • Ability to efficiently coordinate multiple pickups and drop offs
  • Ability to thrive and be flexible with changing circumstances
  • Maintain clean and orderly work environment and vehicle
  • Maintaining Arnold Transit Co. standards of appearance and cleanliness
  • Participate and apply procedural and safety training

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Chauffer’s license in Medical Card or DL (Commercial Driver’s License) required.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Clean Driving record is required
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push, pull and lift items up to 65 pounds.
  • Strong customer service actively looks for ways to assist customers amp; coworkers.
  • Pass background checks, drug amp; alcohol testing.
  • Available to work peak tourist times including nights, weekends amp; holidays
