Retail Guest Relations Ambassador – Lawrenceburg, KY

Kelly Services is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Retail Guest Relations Ambassador to join our client’s Visitor Center team in Lawrenceburg, KY. As the welcoming face of the retail environment, you will be responsible for delivering superior guest service, ensuring every visitor enjoys an outstanding and memorable experience. This role blends retail and hospitality operations, requiring teamwork and adaptability in a lively atmosphere.

Location: Lawrenceburg, KY
Pay Rate: $16.95/hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week

  •  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:15 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, guide, and assist retail guests with sales, reservations, and transactions
  • Process payments, handle cash, manage inventory, and support merchandise displays
  • Respond promptly to guest questions, provide facility tours, and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Support event set-up, maintain facility cleanliness, and assist with logistics
  • Participate in retail marketing activities and maintain food safety and quality standards
  • Process online retail orders and provide excellent follow-up

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Must meet minimum age requirements: 21+ (or 18+ per local regulations)
  • Strong communication skills, basic math, and computer proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass background and drug screening
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings
  • No supervisory duties

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tourism, retail guest services, or sales
  • Product knowledge is an asset

Work Environment:
