Job description

Job Description:
TCS is looking to hire a Program Director for the Enterprise Solutions Units (ESU) Consulting Practice.
This senior leadership role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex, large-scale transformation engagements for TCS clients, ensuring successful delivery across all phases. This role oversees multiple transformational projects, including ERP implementations and business process improvements, while coordinating timelines, resources, and capacity planning. The Program Director manages program-level status, metrics, risks, and deliverables, leveraging broad business and technical expertise. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to influence at the C-suite level. Additionally, the Program Director is accountable for driving business development, developing proposals, producing thought leadership, and representing TCS at industry events, reinforcing the companys position as a trusted transformation partner.
Qualifications:
โ€ข Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery, with a expert understanding of the business values of transformation programs/objectives.
โ€ข Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements
โ€ข Experience leading sales opportunities
โ€ข Previous hands-on experience leading a specific functional stream
โ€ข Ability to work with C-levels as well as be hands-on as required
โ€ข Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships
โ€ข At least five (5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
โ€ข A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
โ€ข At least six (6) years experience in proposal and business case development
โ€ข Ability to lead steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project management team
โ€ข Demonstrated experience in proposal development, project estimation, planning, and managing teams of 20+ resources.
โ€ข Bachelors degree (or equivalent) required and willingness to travel up to 100%.
