We are currently seeking a Sr Infrastructure Transformation Leader to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
The Sr Infrastructure Transformation Leader will be responsible for designing, guiding, and overseeing NTT DATA North America's overall technology infrastructure with a primary focus on Infrastructure Transformation. This role will align IT strategy with business goals by assessing current-state environments, identifying modernization opportunities, and creating a blueprint for future technology development, including standards, policies, and architecture frameworks to support efficient, secure, scalable, and transformation-ready operations across the enterprise; essentially acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
*This position is remote, however will require some travel to the client site in Dallas, TX.
Key responsibilities:
IT Strategic planning:
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business objectives for NTT DATA, Merger and Acquisition integrations, and enterprise-wide Infrastructure Transformation initiatives.
Architecture design:
Design and document the overall system architecture, including application, data, infrastructure, cloud, security, and transformation components to support modernization and scalable enterprise operations.
Technology evaluation:
Research and evaluate new technologies, platforms, and infrastructure modernization approaches to identify opportunities for transformation, operational improvement, and long-term scalability.
Standards and governance:
Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and governance processes to ensure consistency and compliance
Collaboration:
Work with various stakeholders including business leaders, global EAs, project teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
Cost optimization:
Analyze and optimize IT spending by identifying potential cost savings through architectural improvements.
Risk management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with technology architecture.
Communication and documentation:
Clearly communicate architectural concepts and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences through documentation and presentations.
Basic Requirements
  • 11+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, infrastructure transformation, cloud computing, Generative AI, LLMs, databases, networking, security, and application development, with a deep understanding of how these technologies support business and modernization objectives.

Additional Preferences
Leadership skills:
Minimum of 11+ years of experience influencing and guiding cross-functional teams toward implementing an enterprise architecture vision, with demonstrated ability to lead infrastructure transformation and modernization efforts.
Business acumen:
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Communication skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical skills:
Ability to analyze complex systems, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $206,010 - $381,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
