About the Role
The TMO Manager/ Analyst will be a key member of the Transformation Management Office, responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation strategy and planning. This role requires a seasoned professional who can work across business units, engage senior stakeholders, and translate strategic intent into executable transformation roadmaps. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and tracking high-impact transformation programs across the organization. This is a individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of enterprise transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Build and maintain comprehensive transformation roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans
  • Conduct structured diagnostics and assessments to identify transformation opportunities and gaps
  • Develop business cases, impact analyses, and investment rationale for transformation initiatives
  • Partner with business unit leaders and CXOs to align transformation priorities and drive buy-in
  • Establish and maintain TMO governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and dashboards
  • Monitor program health across workstreams and escalate risks and issues proactively
  • Facilitate strategic planning workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions
  • Develop and present executive-level updates, board decks, and progress reports
  • Drive continuous improvement of TMO processes, tools, and methodologies

Required Qualifications
  • MBA from a reputed institution; engineering background preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in transformation strategy, management consulting, or corporate strategy roles
  • Proven experience in developing transformation strategies and execution roadmaps
  • Strong understanding of business strategy frameworks, operating model design, and change management
  • Experience working with senior leadership (CXO level) on strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling executive narratives
  • Proficiency in data analysis - ability to work with large datasets, build models, and derive actionable insights to support transformation decisions
  • Hands-on program management experience - planning, tracking, and reporting on complex, multi-workstream programs with cross-functional dependencies
  • Familiarity with program management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards, KPI trackers, and performance reporting frameworks

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Big 4 consulting (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) or tier-1 strategy firms
  • Exposure to transformation programs in sectors such as real estate, technology, healthcare, or FMCG
  • Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI, Prince2)
  • Experience in M&A integration, post-merger planning, or value creation programs is a plus
