Hybrid – Contract

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a Project Manager to support our Renewables and Industrial Cybersecurity activities, with a strong focus on coordination and reporting. This role sits at the intersection of IT, business, and data, ensuring the smooth execution of IT deployments across solar projects while maintaining clear visibility through dashboards and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
  • Coordinate IT deployments across solar farms (networks, OT security, remote access)
  • Act as a central point of coordination between IT, cybersecurity, business teams, and external vendors
  • Track cybersecurity actions, risks, and remediation (ServiceNow)
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting
  • Support PMO activities (project tracking, KPIs, reporting)
Qualifications
  • Project Management / PMO / Business Analysis
  • Strong functional and business-oriented mindset (more functional than technical)
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with data, reporting, and dashboards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Ability to understand processes and clearly explain data insights
  • Industry knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Autonomous, structured, and able to work efficiently in a small team
