MANTECH seeks a high velocity and results-driven Enterprise IT Project Manager to support enterprise-wide IT transformation initiatives in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position with on-site presence on an as-needed basis.
This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in dynamic environments and brings deep technical insight across modern technology domains including SaaS, AI, and enterprise IT optimization. You will drive measurable outcomes by managing a portfolio of complex projects that modernize and strengthen enterprise capabilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Leading and managing a portfolio of 5-7 concurrent enterprise IT transformation projects from initiation through closeout
  • Driving modernization initiatives across SaaS platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise optimization efforts
  • Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and performance metrics
  • Coordinating cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and dependencies across multiple workstream
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards
  • Providing regular executive-level reporting and portfolio health updates
  • Championing continuous improvement, governance best practices, and standardized project management methodologies

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects, including large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong technical breadth across SaaS platforms, AI technologies, cloud environments, and enterprise IT systems
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation programs
  • Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
  • Experience implementing AI-driven automation or enterprise optimization initiatives
  • Strong financial management and portfolio reporting expertise
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to brief senior executives

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
