We are building a global rollout team to support projects and initiatives across the industrial area in Volvo, focusing on infrastructure implementations. It will be built as a capability in the organization and provided as a service-offering that will be used as a standard way of doing global rollouts involving many stakeholders. Our aim is to automate the process as much as possible to ensure that all rollouts are streamlined and optimized across Volvo. Azure DevOps will be used as the main tool for driving this process.

• Project Management and Scrum Master experience
• Large-scale rollout and transformation projects
• Stakeholder management and organizational change management
• Agile methodologies and ITIL practices
• Process optimization, automation, and requirements gathering
• Experience working with outsourced IT partners
• Infrastructure knowledge is a plus

For this position, the base pay is set at $111,100.00 - $137,200.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
