We are building a global rollout team to support projects and initiatives across the industrial area in Volvo, focusing on infrastructure implementations. It will be built as a capability in the organization and provided as a service-offering that will be used as a standard way of doing global rollouts involving many stakeholders. Our aim is to automate the process as much as possible to ensure that all rollouts are streamlined and optimized across Volvo. Azure DevOps will be used as the main tool for driving this process.
