Job description

Marketing Transformation Manager

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation to lead a critical CX Modernization workstream while driving governance, planning, and execution across a broader Marketing Transformation portfolio. This is a highly visible role that requires someone who can operate as the central orchestrator of a complex transformation, influence senior executives, and turn strategy into action.

This is 12+ months, 3x per week onsite in Downtown Toronto. 

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end program governance, planning, and execution across multiple transformation initiatives.
  • Drive executive-level steering committees, decision-making forums, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build compelling business cases, executive presentations, dashboards, and reporting for senior leadership.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, milestones, and financial tracking across interconnected workstreams.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Digital, CX, Data, Analytics, and Technology leaders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Workfront to drive efficiency, visibility, and program performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs, strategic initiatives, or enterprise PMOs.
  • Proven ability to influence and support senior executives, including SVP, EVP, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong experience developing business cases and translating complex information into actionable recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with project/work management platforms such as Adobe Workfront, Planner, or similar tools.
  • Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Marketing, customer experience, or digital transformation experience.
  • Financial services background.
