Job description

This group assists clients with a full range of transfer pricing issues, including design of practical and efficient transfer pricing policies and procedures, preparation of compliance documentation for U.S. or foreign jurisdictions, implementation and review of transfer pricing processes and controls, strategic policy design and international tax planning, intangibles migration, royalty rate calculations, and cost sharing agreements.

What your day looks like:

  • Assistin conducting client interviews to gather information on factors that can influence how inter-company transactions are priced.

  • Prepare economic analyses related to intercompany transactions, including the analyzing of third-party company financial data and client financial data to benchmarkappropriate intercompanytransactions, review of third-party agreements, and third-party loans.

  • Write industry overviews to providecontextfor a company's current operating environment.

  • Participate and conduct functional interviews with clients and write descriptive functional analyses that are included intransferpricing reports and documents.

  • Organize andsummarizeclient provided information and takes interview notes and prepare detailed summaries for team members.

  • Proofread and edit reports prior todeliveringto clients.

  • Write technical memos that describe the analytical process.

  • Manage deadlines for assigned projects.

  • Additionalduties: Assist with preparation of internal and external presentations, research and training materials, and knowledge-sharing communications. Participate in practice improvement initiatives.

What you need for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance,Accountingor other relevant field of study

  • 1+ years of transfer pricing experience and the desire to learn more about theindustry

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel,PowerPointand Word - Prior exposure to Go Systems, Bloomberg terminal, tax research databases (including Standard and Poor's or Moody's branded products) and/or other tax-related software is beneficial, but notrequired

  • Exceptional research and technical writing skills

  • Effective interpersonal skills and experience with presentations or public speaking with the ability to professionally communicate directly withclients

  • Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously
